To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government the estimated number of vacant homes and holiday homes in Kilkee and the wider west Clare area; the measures in place to bring such properties into long-term residential use; and whether targeted measures will be considered for high-tourism areas where housing supply for permanent residents is severely restricted; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
