The draft Heads of Bill are currently being revised in order to take on board some additional considerations. My Department aims to submit these revised Heads of Bill to the Government for approval to proceed to drafting in the coming weeks. Pre-legislative scrutiny will follow shortly thereafter with the aim of publishing the Bill over the coming months.
