To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 945 of 3 March 2026, for an indicative timeline for when a decision on a case (details supplied) is expected; confirmation of what stage of the review process the application is currently at; whether any interim supports or exceptional access arrangements may be available for patients currently prescribed this treatment; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Under the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013, the HSE has statutory responsibility for decisions on the pricing and reimbursement of medicines and medical devices; therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
