To ask the Minister for Health if her Department will consider the putting in place of a National Radiation Therapy Machine Replacement Programme, to replace the current regional model, as without a structured national linac replacement programme, access to modern, safe radiotherapy in Ireland will continue to be determined by geography rather than clinical need, entrenching inequity and placing patient outcomes at avoidable risk; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
