254. To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 1147 of 10 February 2026, given options for storage of evidence are not provided in Limerick’s local out-of-hours Forensic Medical Examination (FME) service, the way in which individuals in the area who wish to store evidence to give them time to consider their reporting intentions are facilitated, as there is no dedicated SATU service in the area; and if she will make a statement on the matter. 256. To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 1147 of 10 February 2026, to clarify the reason that on the HSE website Limerick’s out-of-hours service is listed alongside actual SATUs when it is actually a Forensic Medical Examination (FME) service and does not provide a comparable service (details supplied); the reason this differentiation in service is not clearly stated on the website for individuals seeking information on SATU services; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
