To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment whether his Department has conducted, commissioned or received any regulatory impact assessment, economic modelling or internal policy analysis since 1 January 2021 examining the cumulative administrative and compliance costs arising from customs declarations, tariff classification requirements, VAT registration obligations or brokerage fees affecting Irish small and medium-sized enterprises exporting parcels to the United Kingdom and the United States; and if he will provide details of such analysis, including dates, authorship and whether it was published.
