280. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform to provide an exhaustive list of flood related compensation, paid from his Department's vote allocations over the past ten years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13924/26]

I wish to advise the Deputy that there have been no flood related compensation measures paid from my Department's Vote allocation over the past ten years.

The Office of Public Works (OPW) does have compensation elements for flood relief works which they carry out on private land. However, these are funded through the OPW's Vote allocation and not the Vote allocation of my Department.
