To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if the new Department circular concerning the vacant home grant will be amended to allow companies to apply for the grant, as many small independent retailers are companies that own premises, but are precluded from applying for the scheme for apartments above shops and other similar properties; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
