My Department has no specific supports in place for farmers impacted by coastal erosion and coastal flooding, and has no plans to introduce such supports.

The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage chairs the Interdepartmental Group on Coastal Change and, in conjunction with the OPW, is the policy lead, in particular coordinating the work across Government in responding to the challenge of coastal change.
