I can confirm that the white paper referenced by the Deputy has been received by my Department and the HSE, and it is currently under consideration.

I am also aware that the matters raised in this paper are the subject of a separate industrial relations claim that has been referred to the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC). As this matter is due before the WRC shortly, it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time.
