I refer to my reply to Question No. 122 of 8 October 2025 and confirm the position is unchanged.

Uisce Éireann remains responsible for remediation of Developer Provided Infrastructure, with the multi-stakeholder group continuing to oversee progress. Existing local operational arrangements remain in place pending remediation or takeover.
