I propose to take Questions Nos. 249, 268 and 269 together.
The Department of Transport has no role in either the processing or the investigation of individual insurance claims. My officials will, however, consider the issues raised by the Deputy in the context of the ongoing review of the Department's Agreement with the Motor Insurers' Bureau of Ireland (MIBI).
