1483. To ask the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality if she will provide an update on the implementation of interim discipline manager roles within children's disability network teams (CDNTs) in CHO2, including CDNT3 in Mayo; the way in which this rollout is being managed in relation to existing funded clinical posts such as speech and language therapy; and if the new roles include clinical hours and the way in which they are expected to support service delivery at local level. 1484. To ask the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the measures in place to ensure that the introduction of interim discipline manager roles does not negatively affect access to frontline SLT services in CDNT3, where waiting lists currently exceed three years; and if any service impact assessments were carried out prior to the suppression of clinical posts in the region. 1485. To ask the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the way in which recruitment decisions within CDNTs in CHO2 are being balanced with governance reforms; and the way in which her Department is ensuring that temporary management roles do not result in long-term gaps in clinical service provision, particularly in areas such as CDNT3 where SLT allocations were recently increased due to high levels of need.
