911. To ask the Minister for Health the number of cancer-related appointments, by appointment type, cancelled in June 2022, for each hospital in tabular form; if he will request the information from each hospital as required; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [37446/22]

As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the deputy directly, as soon as possible.
