95. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if she will recognise that the stipulations for deferred examination requiring that a parent or guardian needs to sign a request for a deferred sitting on the day of the examination and that a medical report signed by a consultant needs to be uploaded within four days are not always practical in a life-threatening emergency and need to be reviewed; and if she will contact the State Examinations Commission to make it aware of the issue. The State Examinations Commission has statutory responsibility for operational matters relating to the certificate examinations.
