To ask the Minister for Health the major hospitals in which patients admitted through accident and emergency departments, have been assessed and are waiting for a bed then have to sit on chairs overnight due to a lack of trolleys and beds; the immediate steps he intends taking to address this issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
