To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 684 of 15 September 2021, the analysis that his Department has carried out into the delays in recruitment of public health pandemic plan resources in the eastern region, which as of September 2021 was at 48% compared to an average of 68% across all eight departments of public health; the actions his Department is taking to fill the remaining vacancies in view of the stated competitive recruitment environment; when all 171 whole-time equivalent posts will be filled; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
