My officials are in the process of receiving legal advice in relation to the Stay placed on me by the High Court which stops me from making the Order.
A press release issued by my Department on the 17thof August to ensure that all employees and employers in the Security Sector are aware that, until such time that these legal issues have been resolved, the statutory minimum rates of pay and other terms and conditions in the sector will remain unchanged.
