To ask the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the number of staff by location and function in each office of her Department nationally by location; if the property is State owned or leased; and the detail of these leases in the case of those properties on a lease in terms of cost, term and next break date. The number of staff by location and function in each office of my Department is given in the table below.

While matters relating to the acquisition and leasing of property for my Department are generally the responsibility of the Office of Public Works, the Department leases office premises for the use of Oifig an Comisinéir Teanga from Údarás na Galeatachta at an annual rent of €39,000 (excluding VAT). This lease, which commenced in 2014, is due to expire in 2024.
