To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 76 of 25 November 2020, if further details on the social clauses included in some below-threshold procurement contracts referenced will be provided in particular with regard to the nature of the contract work, the year of the contract, the value of the contract and a description of the social clause and consideration used therein, in tabular form. My Department endeavours to comply with Section 27 of the Disability Act, 2005, with reference to the National Disability Authority (NDA) guidelines on the subject. These include the NDA’s 2012 publication, ‘Access and Procurement’, which can be found at .
