To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 635 of 6 November 2018, the status of the operational position regarding the drug addiction centre (details supplied); the final cost of the project to date; the number of staff that are employed and working on site; the number of vacancies that remain unfilled; the reason for the delay in operational commencement and other details relating to the project; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
