346. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the number of capital projects being undertaken by his Department; the final agreed tender price; the estimated cost of each capital project in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31079/19]

I wish to advise the Deputy that there are no capital projects being undertaken by my Department at present. I have requested that relevant Agencies under the remit of my Department and operating under a separate Vote structure (Courts Service, Prison Service and An Garda Síochana) respond directly to the Deputy.

I have requested that relevant Agencies under the remit of my Department and operating under a separate Vote structure (Courts Service, Prison Service and An Garda Síochana) respond directly to the Deputy.
