135. To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the actions she has taken to protect jobs at a company (details supplied); if she has spoken with the management of the company regarding safeguarding jobs in Irish stores after the UK parent entity was placed into administration; if gift vouchers in Irish stores will be fully redeemable; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am informed that the Irish stores of the company referred to in the details supplied by the Deputy operate under a separate Irish company established following an examinership process here in 2016.  As such, the Irish stores are not directly affected by the decision to place the UK Group's holding company in administration.  According to a statement on the company's website, the Group's operating companies continue to trade as normal and all orders, returns, refunds and gift cards are being honoured. I am, of course, concerned at any developments that could potentially affect the employees and customers of the company's Irish operations and will keep the situation under review.
