A decision to grant an afforestation licence under the Afforestation Grant and Premium Scheme issued to the person named and their registered forester in May 2018. The decision was subsequently appealed to the Forestry Appeals Committee (FAC).

As the FAC is independent of my Department, I cannot enter into any correspondence with them on any appeal. Queries with regard to scheduling appeal hearings should be addressed directly to the FAC.
