532. To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection when a decision will issue on a partial capacity benefit in conjunction with an illness benefit application by a person (details supplied). [51811/18]

The Partial Capacity Benefit claim for the person concerned has been processed at the rate of "Moderate" meaning she will receive 50% of her personal rate of Illness Benefit. All arrears owing to this customer have been issued.
I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
