To ask the Minister for Health the reason the Health Service Executive, HSE, and a union's (details supplied) briefing sessions have not taken place in counties Cork, Kerry and Kildare and western areas of County Wicklow in respect of home carers' revised hours; the areas in which briefings have taken place; the reason some staff have not been advised of their contracted hours; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
