To ask the Minister for Health if the 2017 United Nations Committee against Torture made a recommendation to the State on mental health provision to hire additional medical personnel and psychologists and enable the referral of prisoners requiring specialised medical care to medical facilities without delay; if this has occurred; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
