My Department is in the process of acquiring the site for a new building for the school to which the Deputy refers.  The site acquisition is well advanced.  At this point it is not anticipated that the finalisation of the acquisition will impact on the timelines for delivery of the building project. 

The project is being  advanced for tender preparation while conveyancing is being completed. My Department recently wrote to the school in this regard and outlined the timeframe for progression of the project to tender stage.
