To ask the Minister for Health the name of the drugs which have been licensed by the European Medicines Agency and have gone through the process of being approved by the Health Products Regulatory Authority that are waiting to be approved for reimbursement by the HSE; and the date they were added to the list in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Under the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013, the HSE has statutory responsibility for the administration of the community drug schemes; therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
