478. To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 809 of 2 May 2017 and further to the response received from the HSE on 10 May 2017, if the Louth Meath constituency area CHO8 schedules part 2 in relation to St. John of Gods is signed or unsigned; if it is unsigned, the reason schedules would remain unsigned in view of the level of funding involved; the value the 20% of funding withheld amounts to in circumstances in which the schedules remain unsigned; the actions being taken to ensure remaining schedules are signed by the end of 2017; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Government is committed to providing services and supports for people with disabilities which will empower them to live independent lives, provide greater independence in accessing the services they choose, and enhance their ability to tailor the supports required to meet their needs and plan their lives. This commitment is outlined in the Programme for Partnership Government, which is guided by two principles: equality of opportunity and improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.

As the Deputy's question relates to service matters, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive (HSE) for direct reply to the Deputy.
