To ask the Minister for Health if the HSE funds emergency accommodation services; if so, the details and the amount of funding provided to each of these services in 2015 and 2016 and to date in 2017; and if persons resident in HSE funded accommodation are included in the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government's PASS data that forms the basis of the official monthly homelessness data report.
