To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the level of expenditure by her Department or any organisations under the aegis of her Department for each of the years from 2005 to 2016, in tabular form, on photography, advertising, communications advice, public relations, website development, interview training and preparation, including details of the events, campaigns or policies to which this expenditure related, and the company or individual to whom such payments were made; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs was established under that title on 7 July 2016. It has responsibility for all the matters that previously came within the remit of the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, which was itself established on 2 June 2011, and in addition is also responsible for certain functions transferred from the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government and from the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources. Accordingly, the information requested by the Deputy is set out in the tables below in respect of the period from 2 June 2011, except in the case of those functions that transferred in 2016. No expenditure was incurred in relation to interview training and preparation. In light of the large volume of information requested by the Deputy, arrangements are being made for the information requested in respect of those agencies under the aegis of my Department to be collated and forwarded to the Deputy in line with the timelines set out in Standing Orders.
