​The matter of the receipt of gifts or hospitality by employees of the commercial and non-commercial agencies under my Department's aegis, is a matter for the State Bodies themselves.  I have forwarded the Deputy's question to all of the Department's State Bodies for their direct response.  If the Deputy does not receive a reply within 10 working days please contact my private office.
