In order to qualify for payment under the 2015 Sheep Technology Adoption Programme (STAP) participants were required to attend five meetings and satisfactorily complete two tasks.

The person named was notified on the 13th January 2016 that as he had not satisfactorily completed the two tasks and had not attended the required number of meetings payment is not due. The person named was also notified of the option to appeal this decision. There is no record of any such appeal in my Department.
