680. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when the online claims system for the targeted agricultural modernisation scheme will be activated so that farmers with approvals can claim payment for works completed. [20821/16]

It is expected that the computer facilities to enable applicants to make claims for payment online will be available in the coming weeks.
