To ask the Minister for Health the details of the Health Service Executive's structural standards to be met in order for a building to be used as a centre for the carrying out of hearing assessments by speech therapists on minors; the level of sound proofing which must be available in the centres in question; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5473/16]
