The person named commenced their AEOS 3 contract on 1 May 2013 and has been paid in full for the 2013, 2014 and 2015 scheme years. Payment in respect of the 2015 scheme year issued in two parts: - 85% in the amount of €3,343.05 and 15% in the amount of €589.95, both issuing on 24 December 2015 .
