An application under the Areas of Natural Constraints Scheme was received from the person named on 26 April 2015. Equine passports were also received from the person named as support documentation in relation to the Scheme’s stocking density requirements. These passports have not as yet been returned to the person named as the holding concerned has not yet satisfied the Scheme’s annual average stocking density requirements. Once the holding is deemed to have met this requirement, the application of the person named will be further processed with a view to payment at the earliest possible date. The equine passports will then be returned directly to the person named.
