To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality with regard to section 19(c) of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 1994, as inserted by the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2002, the number of penalties that have been imposed in each year since 2010 relating to unauthorised developments on the Curragh Plains in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy will be aware the Central Statistics Office (CSO), as the national statistical agency, is responsible for the publication of recorded crime statistics.
In relation to the matters referred to, I have requested the CSO to provide the available statistics directly to the Deputy
