160. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine on what basis a 100% reduction is being made in a person's farm payments (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25334/15]

An application under the Single Payment/Disadvantaged Areas Schemes was received from the person named on 15 May 2014. The application was processed and an advance payment under the Single Payment Scheme issued on 16 October 2014 with the balancing payment issuing on 1 December 2014. Payment under the Disadvantaged Areas Scheme issued on 5 June 2015. These payments issued direct to an alternative payee in accordance with a garnishee order which was received by my Department on 11June 2014. The garnishee order remains in place.
