297. To ask the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if an approach has been made to the National Roads Authority to construct the North-South interconnector underground in ducts as part of the A5/N2 project; and if the NRA have commented on the matter. [29975/14]

While this is a matter for the company and not one in which I, as Minister, have any role or function, the Deputy may wish to contact EirGrid directly on the matter.
