Question 69: To ask the Minister for Justice and Law Reform the position regarding the concerns expressed in relation to sections 35 to 39 of the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009; the steps being taken to review same and to propose amendments thereto; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The position is that my Department has already met with the Law Society to discuss their submission in relation to sections 35 to 39 of the 2009 Act and is currently engaged in discussions with the Law Reform Commission and the Property Registration Authority with a view to identifying how best to address issues relating to easements raised in the submission.
