Question 294: To ask the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism if Bord na gCon and Horse Racing Ireland have furnished him with abstracts of their accounts in respect of the years 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008; the dates on which theses were received; if he has laid these before the Houses of the Oireachtas; the dates in each case; the reason in the event of an exclusion from this requirement being granted to either body; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
