Question 88: To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if, in regard to the direction issued to an authorised officer to cease his inquiries into three companies being carried out under section 19 of the Companies Act 1990, if the authorised officer has now completed his reports; if he has received these reports; if so, the action it is intended to take arising from the reports; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have not yet received reports of the investigations concerned. The current position is that I am completing a fundamental review of progress to date with a view to having matters brought to a conclusion as soon as possible.
