I welcome the students from Balla national school in County Mayo. I am sure they are no stranger to the Leader. I welcome them to Leinster House and hope they have a very enjoyable and pleasant visit. I am sure they will join with me in thanking their teachers for all the work they do on their behalf. President Biden said, "Mayo for Sam" but I will say, "Cork for Sam", having seen Cork play Mayo on 17 May.

In keeping with the spirit of school visits, I degree a no homework day for the students when they return to school tomorrow to celebrate their visit to Leinster House. I thank them for being here and their teachers for all of their work.

I take this opportunity to congratulate the people of Georgia on its national day, which was celebrated last week. The independence day marks the act of independence that established the first democratic republic of the country. I welcome our very good friend, the Georgian ambassador, H.E. George Zurabashvili, to Leinster House. I thank him for his friendship, advocacy and for diplomatic relations with Members of this House as well as those of the Georgian Government with our country.

I also welcome Ms Khatuna Totladze, the Georgian deputy foreign minister, with whom I had a wonderful conversation earlier. Both the ambassador and Ms Totladze are in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery. It is great to have our friends from Georgia here. The Georgian ambassador, as we all know, does great work on behalf of the people of Georgia. The Georgian deputy foreign minister is here for a couple of days. She is very welcome to Leinster House and I thank her for being here. We wish her a very pleasant and successful visit to Ireland.

I extend a big welcome to the students and teachers from Balla national school in County Mayo, which is my county. I hope they have a great visit. They have been to the Dáil Chamber already. The Cathaoirleach will be pleased to learn that they are heading to Croke Park next for a tour of the grounds.
