Eoin Ó Broin: There are some ministerial amendments in that group that have not been spoken to yet. The Minister has withdrawn two but there are others.

Eoin Ó Broin: I have one very quick question regarding that first one. Obviously, any new technology that might subsequently be inserted into the project has to be consistent with the terms of the original planning permission as granted.

Eoin Ó Broin: That issue of the design envelop for which industry had made a case but, as far as I read it currently, is not in the Bill, does not overlap with this provision. This is just to allow the site works to carry on.
