Jerry Buttimer: I thought the Battle of Clontarf had resumed, given that Deputy McGrath launched the local election campaign of a candidate in the House. I wonder if that was his intention. He forget to mention the fine work of Fine Gael councillors and the Minister of State, Deputy Brian Hayes, on flood alleviation measures in the Clontarf area.
