Peter Burke: Excellent. Part 2.8 in the accounts includes the Department's major capital projects. One is the public services card. The lifetime cost is expected to be €32 million. How does Mr. McKeon feel the card is operating? Is the Department reducing instances of overpayment by it?

Catherine Murphy: I have a question on the public services card. There is legislation for the use of the card by the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection. When there was discussion around other Departments using it, what was decision when it came to whether there was a legal competence or status to use the card?

Seán Fleming: ...who should not have been. How did those errors arise? I do not understand how the mistakes were made if a person's date of birth is known when he or she makes a claim and he or she also has a public services card. Will Mr. McKeon explain that?
