Ruth Coppinger: I want to raise a matter that should be inserted for discussion tomorrow, that is, the ongoing boil water notice that is affecting 600,000 people. If it is decided by Irish Water and Fingal County Council not to lift the boil water notice today, it will merits a Dáil debate because, frankly, it is a major problem-----
