Jim D'Arcy: In circumstances in which a teacher is not registered or has let his or her registration lapse, he or she can still teach as an unqualified teacher. No one is preventing such teachers from going into a school for the aforementioned five days. Moreover, I am sure that such individuals would get the job before an unqualified teacher.
